  • How long is processing time?
    Usually we take about 3-7 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order ships.
  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    Credit and debit cards, and paypal payments.
  • Do you restock items that sell out?
    We do restock our items so stay on the lookout for a reappearance.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
  • How are you staying safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic?
    We are taking all the appropriate CDC safety precautions such as working with sanitary gloves, face masks, and hand sanitizer while handling products. We are constantly monitoring temperatures and symptoms of those in contact with products.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately we do not provide international shipping and only provide shipping across the US.

    You will receive updated emails throughout the process and you can use the tracking page to stay updated through the website.
